Exchange, return and refund policies
RETURNS
The product can be returned within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return the product due to misuse, we will not accept it. To make a return, you must contact our customer service department via email at rebecawestin@gmail.com .
In case of a manufacturing defect, to return a product you must pack the product in its original packaging and contact us via WhatsApp +55 (31) 99800-7663. All costs arising from the shipment of the product will be borne by us. If the conditions described below are not followed, we will not be obliged to accept the exchange or return.
Only unwashed, unused, and odorless products will be accepted;
Items that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted (examples: hem, cuff adjustment, etc.);
The product must be intact, with the original DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), the document that accompanies your order;
If the product is defective due to misuse, the exchange/return will not be authorized and the product will be returned to the customer.
If you are dissatisfied, the return must be made via the Post Office, following the procedure and within the deadlines described above.
EXCHANGES
After returning a product, if you wish to exchange it, you can choose a product of equivalent value or a combination of different products whose total value is equivalent to the returned product. To make an exchange, you must contact our customer service via email at rebecawestin@gmail.com . The product exchange will be processed within 25 days of our company receiving the returned product.
